Content ethics & generation policy
Non-exploitative synthetic erotica, without real-person targeting or identity harvesting.
This policy defines the ethical center for Nocturne's creator-side generation workflow. It keeps the platform synthetic, adult-only, consent-coded, non-referential, takedown-ready, and premium rather than exploitative or mocking.
Ethical center
The platform exists to offer private, lawful, synthetic adult fantasy without real-person targeting, user exploitation, manipulative retention loops, or identity harvesting.
Consent model
How consent is handled in synthetic adult content
| Layer | Policy stance | Operational rule |
|---|---|---|
| Real performer consent | No real performers are used in published media. | Do not market as performer-based content; do not introduce real performer uploads in MVP. |
| Likeness consent | No intentional real-person likeness targeting. | No celebrity/public figure prompts, no “make this look like X,” no real-person reference image workflow without explicit rights. |
| Fictional scene consent | All depicted characters are fictional adults and scenes should imply willing adult participation. | Ban coercion, force, intoxication/incapacity, age ambiguity, fear-based framing, and non-consensual scenarios. |
| Training/data consent | Do not overclaim perfect upstream consent because model training provenance may be imperfect or unknowable. | Use careful language: Nocturne publishes synthetic, non-referential content and does not knowingly target real people. |
| User/member consent | Adults knowingly purchase access to adult synthetic content. | Clear onboarding, clear billing, easy cancellation, no dark patterns, no manipulative retention loops. |
Generation rules
Creator-side prompt and curation hygiene
Required
- Generate only fictional adult characters.
- Keep tone desirable, consensual, hedonistic, erotic, cinematic, and premium.
- Use synthetic/adult labeling in platform copy and metadata where appropriate.
- Review outputs before publication for age ambiguity, likeness risk, and forbidden themes.
- Maintain a simple internal record of published content IDs, collection, generation notes, and takedown state.
Prohibited
- No minors, teen/school-coded framing, “barely legal” positioning, or age ambiguity.
- No coercion, force, rape, incapacitation, intoxication, threats, blackmail, or fear-based sexual framing.
- No public figures, celebrities, private people, ex-partners, influencers, or real-person lookalike targeting.
- No hateful, mocking, dehumanizing, humiliation-based, or “forbidden freakshow” framing of trans/futanari-coded bodies.
- No illegal-content links, references, or prompts.
Tone boundary
Trans/futanari niche framing
The niche can be explicit, erotic, and highly stylized without becoming cruel or dehumanizing. The brand should treat the content as desirable synthetic adult fantasy, not a joke, shock object, humiliation trope, or hate-coded category.
| Allowed tone | Avoided tone |
|---|---|
| Desirable, adult, consensual, luxurious, synthetic, intimate, cinematic, hedonistic. | Mocking, hateful, slur-driven, dehumanizing, “freakshow,” shame-based, coercive, exploitative. |
Retention ethics
Participation without predatory loops
| Acceptable | Rejected |
|---|---|
| Drop seasons, request queue, Signals, polls, controlled reactions, unlock goals, transparent billing, easy cancellation. | Shame streaks, hidden cancellation, manipulative countdowns, infinite compulsive autoplay loops designed to override intent, spend leaderboards, sexual usage badges. |
Design rule: increase member agency and anticipation; do not engineer compulsion or embarrassment.
Takedown posture
Accidental resemblance and complaint response
- Provide a visible report/takedown path from the public site and member area; the current foundation uses public
/reportplus private owner review. - If someone credibly claims likeness, rights, NCII, or illegal-content concern, quarantine or remove first.
- Do not debate edge cases publicly.
- Keep only the minimum case record needed to show what was reported and what action was taken.
- When in doubt, remove the item and move on.
